The Mt. Gretna Campmeeting Association (MGCA) requires a Certificate of Resale for all cottage sales/transfers as of March 15, 2025. This ensures that the Bylaws and Rules & Regulations are given to the buyer, and that the buyer agrees that they are reviewed. New Member Orientation meetings are encouraged, but no longer required, and New Member Orientation meetings no longer need to occur prior to settlement.

Campmeeting Member home rental permits are jointly administered by the MGCA Executive Committee and the Property Ownership Committee. For questions about the rule or policy, please email the Property Ownership Committee at cottagerentals@mtgretnacampmeeting.org with the subject line "RENTALS" or call the MGCA office.
From the Mt. Gretna Campmeeting Rules & Regulations handbook:
Rule 20 - "Members who wish to rent out their Campmeeting home in whole or part must hold a valid MGCA Home Rental Permit for that home. Permits will be administered in accordance with, and landlords must comply with, the MGCA Home Rental Policy. The Policy and Permit applications are available on the MGCA website and from the MGCA office."
